Welcome to PristineCleanServi LLC. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may include an additional charge.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and other approved payment methods.
• Prices vary based on home size, cleaning type, and service frequency. Any additional tasks requested beyond standard services may incur extra charges.

3. Service Guarantee & Refunds

• If you’re not satisfied with our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we strive to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction.

4. Access & Home Entry

• Clients must provide access to the property via key, entry code, or be present at the time of cleaning.
• If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. Safety & Liability

• Our cleaners are background-checked and trained to handle your home with care.
• We are fully insured, but we are not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions, fragile items, or unsecured valuables.
• For safety reasons, we do not clean areas that require climbing higher than a two-step ladder or handle hazardous materials.

6. Pets & Special Requests

• We are pet-friendly! However, for safety reasons, pets should be secured during the cleaning.
• If you have any special cleaning preferences, please inform us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

7. Changes to Terms

• PristineCleanServi LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
